Continuous Improvement on Training
As a core value of Atlas Ready Mix Pty (Ltd), the management will provide ample opportunities for Continuous Improvement in the organization.
All on-site personnel are provided with full personnel protective equipment (PPE) as required under the policies of the Company. Regular inspections are being carried out to ensure that the team adhered to the OH&S policies of the Company.
Atlas Ready Mix Pty (Ltd) will work closely with the Customer to ensure adequate trainings will be provided.
Atlas Ready Mix Pty (Ltd) is in the process of developing a comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS) with the objective of formally incorporating Health and Safety into the Company and obtaining ISO 18000 accreditation.

- Meet or exceed all legal contractual obligations;
- Ensure quality issues and non-conformance are resolved through effective and expeditious corrective and preventive actions;
- Foster a culture of open and honest appraisal and communication of audit results and performance data, including our successes; and

Health and Safety Policy
Atlas Ready Mix considers the health and safety of its employees to be a primary importance. Atlas Ready Mix accepts the challenges of its operating environment and believes that the creation of a responsible health and safety culture is integral to long term success.

For this policy to be implemented Atlas Ready Mix and its employees, suppliers and contractors will:

- Apply the principles of continuous improvement to heath and safety performance through measurable objectives and targets aimed at the elimination work related injury and illness.
- Promote health and safety awareness and responsibility among all employees, suppliers and customers.
- Recognize the required commitment to the communication and consultation approach with all employees.
- Co- operates with all relevant health and safety agencies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, reviews of conformance to requirements and achievement of objectives and Board level.
- Establish an Atlas Ready Mix Rehabilitation & Return to work policy and comply to such policy in the event of a work-related injury.
- Be available to interested parties on all matters of health and safety.
Compliance with this policy is a responsibility of all Atlas Ready Mix employees and contractors.

As a leading supplier of concrete and concrete raw materials, Atlas Ready Mix understands that our business activities and products do have an environmental impact – what we seek is for this impact to be positive.

- Establish and maintain an Environmental Management System with measurable objectives and targets and defined responsibilities and accountabilities;
- Develop environmental management plans prior to any activity that has the potential to negatively impact on the environment;
- Rigorously employ methodologies to identify environmental hazards, assess their risks and control their risks to as low as reasonably practicable’;
- Develop and maintain environmental contingency response plans;
- Provide the resources, supervision, information and training to ensure our people can perform their work in an environmentally responsible manner;
- Facilitate continuous improvement by reporting and investigating all environmental incidents, including near misses, in order to maximize learning and preventing similar occurrences in the future;
- Achieve a level of environmental performance that as a minimum achieves that required for legislative and regulatory compliance;
- Continually reduce our environmental footprint while delivering value for our employees, our clients and our shareholders; and
- Foster a culture that encourages and reward sound environmental practices and ongoing consultation on environmental management.
